Welcome to Discipline.
Discipline is the quiet force behind every milestone. Since March 2025, I’ve lost 52 pounds — not through shortcuts, but through consistent rituals of protein-first meals, balanced flavors, and workouts that became part of my daily archive.
Discipline is not glamorous, but it is powerful. It turns intention into action, and action into legacy. Every sweat session, every curated meal, every moment of consistency is preserved as an artifact of strength.
Sharing this journey with others — like my preceptor who found encouragement in my tips — proves that discipline extends beyond the self. It becomes communal, inspiring, and enduring.
